Carlingford Kindergarten is a privately owned, fully equipped Service with beautiful gardens and grounds providing safe, familiar and secluded play areas. Designed to be changed frequently, our play areas encourage the natural curiosity in children to promote their interest and learning.

We are specialists in caring for children and have an excellent, dedicated team of passionate, long-term educators.

Carlingford Kindergarten offers a combination of family grouping that encourages children of all ages to mix freely and times where the children are engaged with peers in play. We cater for children aged 2 to 6 years of age.

We take pride in providing an environment which provides a home away from home by providing opportunities for parents and educators to work together and enhance a child’s learning and well being. We practice The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). The Framework has a strong emphasis on play-based learning as play is the best vehicle for young children’s learning providing the most appropriate stimulus for brain development.

We believe our role as educators is to work with children and families to prepare children for the world beyond kindergarten and life’s journey in a stimulating, safe and encouraging environment of self-discovery.
